Meet Me at the Beach - Tutorial

Omg... I finally wrote a new tutorial!!!

***DISCLAIMER***
This tutorial is from my own imagination
Any similiarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental
And is for those who have a good working knowledge of PSP

This tutorial was written by Julie Kirkman .....28th May 2013

Today I'm using the amazing art of Tony Tzanoukakis
 & matching scrap kit

I'm using Corel X14

Supplies

Tagtemplate 265 by Millie  HERE
Mask - WSL mask 12  HERE
(scroll down for links on the right)

Here we go:-------->
